Hey all. Need a bit of help with this. I've been a PT user since 1998, and I really do prefer it to aol w/o it. I recently upgraded to a PC with Vista (not my choice of OS, it was a really good deal for the PC) and I want to put PT 12 on my new PC. The PC that holds my existing PT install runs XP, and when I tried to install from the PT 12 install files I had and the one I dloaded from here, I get this:
"You currently have PowerTools set to run in compatibility mode. This is not necessary as PowerTools is fully compatible with Windows XP and 2000. In order to continue you must disable the compatibility mode option currently set for PowerTools. Would you like to do this now? Yes/No"
If I say Yes, I get this: "Compatibility Mode has been disabled for PowerTools. You will need to relaunch PowerTools in order for these changes to take effect. OK"
When I do this, it does nothing. I relaunch PT and it gives the first message all over again.
If I say No, it just bails out of the program. I cannot get PT to run on Vista. I really do need this program! Help please!
Thanks.

PowerTools is not compatible with Windows Vista.
BPS Software closed a while and ago and further updates will not be made available.
