I GOT MY NEW REGISTRATION NUMBER,, WAS FINALLY ABLE TO RE-DOWNLOAD PT,,, NOW WHEN I TYPE IN THE REGISTRATION NUMBER PT DOES NOT COME OUT OF EVALUATION MODE,,, I HAVE DONE THE KEYWORD NAMES THING ETC,,, ANY IDEAS???

Are you sure you supplied the correct Master Screen Name (this would be the first name listed at Keyword: NAMES)?
Did you follow the steps to reset the Screen Name file perfectly:
1. Exit PowerTools
2. Visit Keyword: NAMES
3. Exit AOL
4. Launch AOL/PowerTools
If you're certain the user name you supplied was correct the only other suggestion would be to reinstall AOL.

THE MASTER SN IS SPELLED,,, R A G I N G A N G E I 2 0 0 2
I HAVE REINSTALLED AOL,,, ILL TRY IT AGAIN IF YOU CAN CHECK WITH THE PROGRAMMER AND SEE THAT HE SPELLED MY SN CORRECTLY,,, THANKS FOR ALL YOU DO,,, IT IS APPRECIATED

We have already doubled checked it too:
Here is what the programmer said:
"RAGINANGEI2002 - 845886230"..."Yes is correct for RAGINANGEI2002"
As you can tell, even from your s p a c e d example above, that this is the correct spelling of your name and the registration number is correct.
