I know you are a volunteer doing the best you can but I noticed I am now on page 3 and others who complained have their number
SO, maybe you will see this one I dunno how another person got her results so fast when the rest of us waiting patiently are still patient BUT I have had a couple of master names, too maybe that is the hold up arrrrrrggggg
other known master names Kateye9, Kateye747, Kateye23 (I think) anyway, I do understand you are a volunteer and I do know whining about it is usually is not productive.

The delays are due to the fact that I'm working a full time job and ultimately that takes priority. I simply email the request to the owner/programmer. I have no control over how long it takes to receive a reply. Sometimes I get an email within a few days, other times it takes up to two weeks.
I've posted directions on how to back-up your PowerTools data, which includes the registration number. So those that complain could have prevented the wait by following some very basic details that could have prevented their need to request the registration number. Albeit, not every situation is the same, and some need to come here for their number (ie: change of master screenname)
But, onto your request, I'm sending the email now.

Thank you for your response. I originally requested on Dec 7, 2008....I waited because I do not have the original PT folder to backup. New computer etc... Thank you for submitting my request. I will continue to wait patiently.

Kateye , Unfortunately the programmer didn't clarify which of the following screen names were the Master SN. If you have more than one AOL account, see which of the three names successfuly registers PowerTools. Here is your registration number: Kateye9, Kateye747, Kateye23 - 1218750000 [/size]

THANK YOU I tried the Kateye9 and Kateye 747 however, it does not work with those 2. I am unable to retrieve the screename KatEye23 which I am very sure was the master name at the time. Are there any options such as transferring the number to the current master screenname KatEye747?
This is so important as I need the info for the business I am involved in online helping others. I APPRECIATE what you are doing to help us all!! Again, Thank you
