I would like to schedule an event for the 4th Thursday of every month. I don't seem to be able to do that. I see I can schedule an event Monthly (as in yesterday, 26 January) and it will come up every month on the 26th. Does that mean 'monthly' only allows repetitive scheduling on a day of the month and not the actual day itself? Incidentally, I have been using this tool for about 8 or 9 years now and I love it. I have recommended it to many people.

From the main Always On Time window, click on the New button. Here set your event, then under "Frequency" select "Monthly" > Click on Save. If this does not work for you, make certain you're using the latest version of Always On Time (1.0.1.14). To find out your version information, click on Help > Select "About Always On Time". The latest version can be downloaded here.

I already did what you suggest which is why I wrote the note in the first place. Your suggested procedure results in setting an event for the 26th of every month. That is NOT what I want to do. I want to schedule an event for the 4th Thursday of every month. It appears I can't do that. Am I right?

Sorry I misunderstood your initial request. What you are looking for cannot be done. Always On Time can only add monthly frequency (ie: 02/04, 03/04, 04/04, etc...). It cannot predict the 4th Thursday in every month as that date is not consistant.
I'll submit the request to the programmer, hopefully something can be done in a future build of Always On Time.

Thanks for your quick response. The feature I would like would be nice to have but I can live without it if necessary.
Thanks again.
