I'm sorry I didn't see your initial post. Is this registration needed for IM Frame? Or PowerTools?
I'll need additional information before I can get your replacement registration number.

It is for IM Frame and the email address used at install was sbeiser@<-removed->.com.

Unfortunately there is no ETA. Sometimes I've gotten a reply to my email within a few business days and sometimes it has taken up to two weeks.
