Downloading Not Possible Anymore?

Hi there,

I just got a new laptop and wanted to download PTS 12 from the download site which was available. I got this error message, which seems like the downloads are no longer available.

I did purchase PTs 12, and have a registration number for them. Please offer suggestions. Sending the exe file from my old laptop did not work.

Also it would be a heck of a lot easier with simpler security checks. The characters are almost impossible to read.
