I need to know the new serial number for the new install otherwise a registration number cannot be generated.

As with so many others, after a computer meltdown I had to reformat my hard drive and ultimately reload PowerTools (thankfully I kept a copy of the program in a secure drive). Now I have no registration number.
My new serial number is: 87365880
My Master screen name is TheHawkGroup
Email address is TheHawkGroup@aol.com
Many thanks for your help. It is a shame BPS went under. I have used their programs since inception, starting with PowerMail and they were fantastic. Rather than partnering, AOL made their existance impossible.

Once the email is sent I have no idea how long it will take to receive a reply.
