Software 12.38 Link Missing

[Nova7Point5]

I had a problem with my PC and had to reload PT. I only found 12.0.37. The download link was broken.

When I open PT - it starts to flicker and freezes. Can anyone help??

At the moment I don't have a working download for PowerTools 12 either. I'm trying to obtain the file from the programmer so I can get it out to those that need it.
In the meantime, see if this fixes your problem:

Exit PowerTools (if you managed to get it running)
Click on START
Click on RUN (or use the Windows key + R to open this window)
Copy and Paste the following into that window:

regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\system32\Dwsbc36.ocx

Hit Enter.

I TRIED THE . START. RUN. ..FIX.. THAT YOU SUGGESTED.. NO RESULTS. ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO ? I NEED .38. IT GIVES ME A ' LIBRARY' MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO DOWNLOAD .. help !!!!
