chatroom issue

Hi this question is for Jeremy.
Is anyone else have powertools chatroom issues lately?
On my desktop my chatroom is locking up the entire computer and not even ctrl alt del will help. I end up having to do a complete push button reboot.

I haven't seen this message from any other user.

Try the following.

Exit PowerTools
Open Search (START > Search)
Search your entire C:\ drive* for the following file:
*.LYT
There should be three files located in the /Program Files/PowerTools 12/Tools folder.
Right-click on each > Select DELETE
Launch PowerTools.

NOTE: Obviously, if PowerTools is not installed on the C:\ drive the search results will come back as zero, choose the drive that has the PT files installed on it.
