I am sending an email to request your registration number for you now.
It may take 10-14 business days before I get a reply to my request for your registration number.
I will post your number as soon as I receive a reply to the email.

Is "moward96" the first name listed at Keyword: NAMES?
If so, try the following:
Exit PowerTools Visit Keyword: NAMES on AOL Exit AOL Launch AOL and PowerTools TYPE in the registration number instead of copying and pasting it.
Does that now register the product?

I'll email the programmer to confirm it is the correct number.
If it is correct, the only solution would be to reinstall AOL.

From the programmer: "moward96 - 1636962891"... "Yes is correct for moward96." Are you still having issues? Did you follow these exact steps: Exit PowerTools Visit Keyword: NAMES on AOL Exit AOL Launch AOL and PowerTools TYPE in the registration number instead of copying and pasting it. If this step doesn't work, it is very possible that you might need to reinstall AOL. You can obtain AOL 9.0 Optimized here: www.oldversion.com/program.php?n=aolNOTE: AOL 9.0 VR does NOT work with PowerTools.
