I really need some help here. I have had power tools for years and i had to reinstall windows and lost it. I need a registration number PDQ i only have a couple of days left on my free trial. My new email address is amberstiii@aol.com. I have had several accounts but i believe my last account that had pt was amberstill@aol.com.

What happens when you try to TYPE (not copy and paste) the registration numbers into the registration window?
If it doesn't work, try the following.
Exit PowerTools
Go to Keyword: NAMES on AOL
Exit AOL
Launch PowerTools/AOL together.
Try TYPING in your registration number again.

JEROMY, I TYPED THE NUMBER IN AND IT DIDNT WORK, IVE TRIED THIS SEVERAL TIMES RAGINGANGEI2002 IS THE MASTER SN FOR THIS ACCOUNT

Here is what the programmer said:
"RAGINANGEI2002 - 845886230"..."Yes is correct for RAGINANGEI2002"
Did you follow these exact steps?
Exit PowerTools
Go to Keyword: NAMES on AOL
Exit AOL
Launch PowerTools/AOL together.
Try TYPING in your registration number again.
