My computer crashed about a month ago and I lost everything including my registration code for powertools 12. My master screen name is Tilung8@aol.com and this is what I used when I first purchased powertools I believe version 9. Can you help me to get back on track again?

I really appreciate any help you can offer thank you. Right now I am using the program, but its in promo mode into the next 9 day's. Will it continue in promo mode or will it quit all together when the additional 9 days are up?
