Today I decided that my AOL/PT programs running too slowly. So I called AOL and they guided me through a restore of the system, cleaning up the cache, and finally a repair of the connective program. None of them worked and the last move caused the PT program to be unable to initialize the AOL program, so I got stuck somewhere in the middle.
I finally reloaded AOL 9.0 SE and downloaded PT 12 and reinstalled it, and that got everything working in synchronicity again, except the toolbar feature that creates a button for your favorite web sites. The button is created as it usually was but when I click on it I get a prompt at the bottom of the righthander the screen which says "Error executing command." Can this be corrected? And how?

Frederick, I'm not so sure I'd go mucking around in the registry to resolve a problem with a menu button. Usually if you tell us the steps you're taking to create that button, someone here can help with the part that's not working. Therefore, please post step-by-step what you are doing to create a button. Katie
