You need to enter the registration number into the startup screen in order to activate PowerTools. If you need to locate your number, please follow the directions in this post: Find Lost PowerTools Registration NumbersRegistration numbers are based off your Master AOL Screen Name (this is the first name at Keyword: NAMES) and won't work with any other AOL Account. Registration numbers are also only for the version you purchase (ie: PowerTools 10 Registration will not work on PowerTools 12)

I did enter my registration number into the startup screen and it does activate power tools. when in a chat room i click on tools there is a box to check enable owner tools. when i check this box i get a pop-up that reads. the following feature is not available in the trial version of power tools: room owner tools and echancements. would you like to purchase power tools and remove this restriction. i did purchase power tools the 12.0.37 version.

I enter my registration nunber and then hit continue. I have the count-down nag screen before i can enter the registration number. after i enter it i then hit continue and then im at the aol sign on screen. the registration number is acepted. they have me on the trial version i think because i can get into power tools and set up a few things. but when im in a chat room and im the owner and have the bolt and hit enable owner tools it tell me it not available in the trial version so i cant access the enable owner tools. it lets me add (mods) add (regs) (ban) (words) but i need that tool to access the enable power tools without that this don't work in the chat room. I cant assign regs to monitor the room i cant give them the power to us in the commands as +b or +k or _b this does not work without me being able to enable the owner tools. thank you for trying to help me here. one last thing when i enter the registration number i see 10 days out of 20 this is a trail version right saying free for 20 days. why when i purchase it already and all restriction should be removed.

But after you enter you Registration number.....are you actually seeing the words on your screen that your Registration number has been accepted, if not...you may be entering the number incorrectly or may be missing a number. Double check the number you have and make sure you see the words on your screen that your Reg. number has been accepted, that is when you will not be in trial. Let me know if you get that message. Am i missing a number in the registration number Did you try to verify that you have the correct registration number using the link Rocky posted above? Find Lost PowerTools Registration NumbersAlso, as Rocky mentioned, registration numbers are calculated from your AOL Master screen name (that's the first name at keyword: NAMES). Did you give your MASTER screen name when you purchased PoweTools? If not, the registration number won't work.

No words are showing that my registration is accepted. ?? Am i missing a number in the registration number and is there a phone number i can call about this. thank you T Bear. Our Reg. company would not know if you did not give them your Master Screen name which is why Carole asked that question. That tends to be one of the biggest mistakes when people register this product is they give the wrong screen name. So what she was just asking was if you gave the first name that you created your AOL acct. with, which if you went to Keyword: screen names it would be the first one listed. If you did give the correct name, are you trying to register you PT while on that screen name....if not....try and do that. Also, go to the link she sent and make sure you have the correct Registration number and that a number isn't missing, because after you enter it, if its correct and all is set up correctly, you WILL get a message stating that the number has been accepted....then you will not be in the Trial mode anymore, please don't give up and continue working with us so we can get your program working for you and you can enjoy it. :-) BPS TBear :-)
