toolbar won't catch with websites

PowerTools only enhances the toolbar and doesn't enterfere with your connection to AOL or the web.

Please post a System Information Report, that will help us identify the problem:

Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:

1. Click on START, point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.

2. Once the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.

3. In your reply message board post, simply right-click and select "Paste"
