I have Windows XP home and am using AOL 9.0 with the latest version of PT 12. I have recently set up another user account on my PC which I set up as limited, reason being if any family or friends want to use the PC they will not have access to administration account. The Question I have is I created a shortcut to PT 12 on the limited account and when I logged on I entered my registration number and PT Loaded. When I went to an AOL chatroom I noticed that my CPE settings were not there. The only thing there was,was a default write template showing pictures of Planes etc. I tried copying pasting the CPE from the Administrator account but when PT's load it creates another CPE example being I have CPE (1) CPE (2) etc,,, I have deleted them but still cannot access my original CPE.Any way of doing that? I would appreciate any help. Thank You.

Have you tried this:
1. Click the Custom Editor's "File" menu and select "Open".
2. Browse for the desired database file on your hard disk, highlight it and click the "Open" button.

I tried what you said and first I saw a whole bunch of CPE's that PT's was creating each time I tried logging on with the Limited Account. I logged off PT's and deleted all of them except my main one and renamed my main CPE another number besides 1 and I was able to get the main CPE on the other user account Guess tricking PT's to not see another CPE with 1 after it enabled me to import it otherwise i was getting CPE 1 1)1)1)1)4. I will keep you posted as to how it is working. I thank You again for the great support you all offer on PT's.
