Is the message generated by AOL or PowerTools? Are you using any features (PowerIM, ChatRoom, etc..) when this message appears?
Could you also post the BPS System Information Report?
1. Click on START > Point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > Select "BPS System Info". 2. Once this utility loads, and the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button. 3. In your reply message board post, simply right-click > Select Paste.
Thanks!

The error message you're receiving is because PowerTools 12 installs a newer version of a file that PowerTools 11 isn't compatible with. If you wish to use PowerTools 11 you'll need to follow these directions: 1. Click on START, then RUN 2. Copy and paste this exact line of text into the RUN line: regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\PowerTools 11\ActBar2.OCX" 3. Hit Enter or OK. -- If successful you'll receive a message box saying that your file has been properly registered. NOTE: If you wish to go back to PowerTools 12 you'll need to follow the same steps, but copy and paste this instead of the one available from line 2 above: regsvr32 "C:\Windows\System32\ActBar2.OCX"--------------------------- I'd also like to point out from your System Information Report you have a piece of Spyware that has been known to cause many problems with our Software; MyWebSearch. You should go into the Windows Control Panel > Select Add/Remove programs and search for "MyWebSearch" to uninstall it. I'd also recommend that you download Ad-Aware (it is free) and scan your computer. You can obtain a link to download Ad-Aware from our article here.
