find in top window

re the function find in top window

this has been deactivated both via by shortcut (that worked for some years) & the route edit & find in top window from the tool bar

it seemed to happen when PT crashed

any ideas pls

Have you restarted your computer since this problem started?

Can you use the find function in any window?
I'm able to use the Find (using both methods).
