Wavs not playing in chatroom

Hi for some reason since I upgraded to new build of PTS my wavs wont play in chat, I've looked and tried everything! Maybe its something I'm missing?? Can anyone help pls?

Hi Rocky, thanks for your reply. Yes they send fine just dont play, its only just started happening since the upgrade. xo

Can you confirm that PowerTools is set to monitor the folder your wavs are in?

Open the Wav Pro Manager, click on File > Add Folder.
Add the folder your wavs are stored in.

If that doesn't work, can you locate a wav on your PC and double-click on it, which application opens to play the wav file?
