i would like to change the screen name color.

You can change the color of the screen names that appear on the left side of the chat by clicking on Chat+ > PowerChat Preferences. On the Font/Text tab, lower left hand corner is where you can adjust this preference.
You can right-click on member names in the People Here listing of the chat room and assign colors to just their names in the upper right hand box.
Are either of these the option you're looking for?
