i am trying to download powertools 12 on my new computer. I am getting this message "An I/O error occurred while installing a file, this is normally caused by bad installation media or a corrupt installation file". What do I do?

There aren't any issues with the "Get In" functionality with PowerTools. What are the exact problems you're having?
