when i access a chat room using " powertools get in " the room minimizes and will not open - powertools problem or problem with my computer?

I'm having the same problem. Although I found if I go to :Window:Cascade: it opens

Same Problem... I've updated and reinstalled... and it didnt help. It would be nice to have a number to call!

same problem here using Power Tools in chat. Window ONLY shows at MAX...obliterated Buddy List and IM windows. ALSO.... STUPID AOL ADS RUNNING OVER THE LOWER RIGHT OF PEOPLE HERE LIST. HAD TO USE A MAX POSTIT TO COVER THE OBNOXIOUS STUFF. HELP!!!!!

You must go "Window" then Cascade, then you can see the Chat

AOL has made changes to the chat rooms on May 11, which affect the functioning of the PowerTools PowerChat feature.
We are aware of the problem and are currently looking into it. Any news about this will be posted on this forum and on our web site.
