Page Footer message

When I enter a chat room I get the following after each line of chat...

I did a Print Screen Copy and have this available to show you an example.

After several lines of text it eventually goes away.

I have tried it without PT and I don't get it.

I am using PT 12.0.37 and AOL version 9 SE, rev 4184.2340
