Power Tools won't initialize and I don't have Nort

I have to reinstall PT 12 each time I want to use it. It will work once, and then won't work. I don't have Norton, but I do have System Mechanic. I have reinstalled it and not used System Mechanic and it still won't work a second time. I had an error report sent. The screen starts to load, and then it starts to blink and I get a partial screen that says "arial font" and it will blink and freeze. This didn't happen with the old version, it seems to happen only with the newer version.

Please post a System Information so we can see if anything is going on that is causing this to happen. Thank you. Here are the directions to post that information:


Please follow these directions to post the BPS System Information Report:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right-click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
