My BMPS are not working my schemes are still not working Should I Download PT again We have already provided you with directions in this thread which, so far, you have not followed. If there is further problems, please do NOT click the "Reply" button in somebody else's thread (these posts will be deleted.) Instead, start your own thread by clicking the "New Thread" button, and explain exactly the steps you have taken so far, along with your updated system information. If you don't follow the steps given to you, there is nothing we can do to help you.

Where is Post new thread button On each board that lists the different topics for each category, before clicking on an existing thread. For instance, for PowerTools Chatroom questions, it would be here, on the red bar near the top right -- it says "new thread".

I think what this person is asking is why his/her chat froze, and they lost the bolt. This happens PERIODICALLY with AOL, due to server issues, AOL itself resetting the room, etc. Regardless of the AOL version OR Powertools version, this problem will ALWAYS exist. It's an AOL issue, not a version issue.
