Schemes

I have selected a scheme, however, it does not appear in the chat room. I have customized a scheme and re-selected a different scheme, but I still see a standard one-color text. What can I do to retrieve my schemes -- or to make them work in the chat room window?

When you go into a chat room and click on the "Scheme" button and select "Eggplant" what happens when you send text to the room?

(*If the scheme button isn't visible, click on the small black arrow on the bottom toolbar of the chat room and make certain "Scheme" is checkmarked*)

If that doesn't work, right-click on your name in the chat room > select "Customize a members chat.. ". In the list box on the left side, if your name is located in the list, highlight it and click on the Delete button.

If that doesn't work, can you view color from other members' chat?

Do you see the "Scheme" button on the PowerChat window?

If not, follow these directions:
Click on the small black arrow on the bottom toolbar of the chat room and make certain "Scheme" is checkmarked.

You have spyware on your system which does affect PT. Please go to your Control Panel. Then click on Add/Remove Programs remove all programs that say "My Web Search" as you have a few of them, these are coming from Smiley Central. You are also using Spy Sweeper which removes PT files. If there is a way to allow PT in, which I am not sure of since I have not used that program,you can do that, or you can download the Free Spyware Remover called Ad-aware Se by Lavasoft. Many spyware remover programs remove files by name only, others take the file name and observe its use, which is what Ad-aware does, it will check how the file is used before deleting it. Let us know if this fixes your problem. Thank you
