Trial version of Watch Right won't work

Carole,

I downloaded a trial version of Watch Right today. I completed the installation; however, when I went to exit the monitoring window I received a message that a monitoring component was not installed and that I needed to reinstall the program. I see that this issue has been posted before. I've pasted the sysinfo below. Please advise me as to what the problem is. I know in the past you have said that it is an anti-virus/anti-spyware problem. You should know that I disabled my Norton anti-virus and personal firewall before making my last (failed) attempt. Thanks.

You should actually set each antivirus and antispyware program you use to always allow or ignore Watch Right (including AOL Safety & Security, which I see is installed on your system,) then reinstall Watch Right. If you don't, those programs often block or delete some Watch Right components the next time they are run.
