Where can I find my current membership status? My watch right monitoring program has not been working for the last couple of weeks. Does that mean my subscription has ended? Am i getting charged presently even though I am unable to access the data? What's up???

There is no "subscription" to use Watch Right. Once you purchase it, you receive a registration number which you need to enter in the program, and then the program is yours with no other further charges for the same version.
Could you please be more specific about what isn't working exactly? Are you able to launch Watch Right at all? Do you receive any error message? Are you able to log some things and not others, and if so which?
Also, please post your BPS system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

I have copied the information to this text (see below). My problem as of the last three weeks has been the simple fact that watch right is not recording any of my child's IM activity when in fact I know she has been using IM daily. She has not changed her screen name or any of the other obvious issues.
As of today when I try to open up watch right the message that appears is, "Windows cannot open this file." My other question related to my subscription status is this; do I have an expiration date? I began with watch right last year at this time. When will I get billed and is it automatic? How would I terminate my subscription if desired? I would apprecaite some help with my questions and my current problem. Thanks Brian

watch right is not recording any of my child's IM activity when in fact I know she has been using IM daily. She has not changed her screen name or any of the other obvious issues. As of today when I try to open up watch right the message that appears is, "Windows cannot open this file. I see in your system information that you're using Symantec Norton Antivirus, which mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware. You need to set Norton Antivirus (as well as any other antivirus and antispyware programs you might use) to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, download the latest revision of Watch Right from our web site at www.bpssoft.com, then install this new version. This is free of charge and will not alter any of your current Watch Right personal data. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of AIM, especially if you are using AIM Triton. If you're not using AIM 5.9.6089 or AIM Triton Preview 1.5 (Triton version 1.3.30.1.), you will need to download one of these latest versions at www.aim.com and install it. Like I said in my previous post, there is no subscription for Watch Right. This means that once you've purchased Watch Right (as if you'd bought a program in a store,) it's yours and there is no further charges, nor expiration date.
