No, Watch Right is not a keylogger, nor does it contain any spyware or virus. Some antivirus and antispyware programs (those using simplified routines to identify threats) however falsly identify Watch Right as spyware and often prevent if from functioning properly.
If you want to use Watch Right, you will need to make sure all antivirus and antispyware programs you use are set to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.
If you are still having problems after following the procedure above, please post your BPS System Information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.
