not logging at all or repeating same over & over

I cannot get it to log anything at all now. I have reset it and even downloaded again and it worked for a little while and now it has stopped logging anything at all.BPS SysInfo Report

Could you please check which exact version/revision of AIM Triton your are currently using? Open the AIM "File" menu, then "Help", and then select "About AIM" to find the version number.

We have released a new version of Watch Right today (2002.0.79.) Please download it and install it.

Also, make sure that any antivirus and antispyware programs you might use are all set to always allow or ignore Watch Right.

Let us know if this fixes the problem you've been experiencing.

Nina, you'll also need to visit www.aim.com and update to the latest version of AIM Triton.
The new version of Watch Right will only be compatible with this build and newer versions of Triton.
