What do you mean exactly by "disabling"? Are you able to monitor anything? Do you receive any error message. Please be more specific.

Also, which exact version/revision of AIM are your currently using? Open the AIM "File" menu, then "Help", and then select "About AIM".

The Version of Aim is 5.9.3861

When I say "disabling" When I go into watchright it is disabled. When I say enable everything and exit out, I test to make sure it is working correctly.

Using aim, a little while later I will check watch right and it is disabled again and nothing is logged.

Do you mean that the actual monitoring option (the radio button in the Watch Right control panel) is set to "Watch Right is disabled" when you return, even though you had it set to "Enable" when you last exited it?

If so, would it be possible that the person you're trying to monitor has figured out your password, or found your WR registration number to access the control panel, and disabling it themselves?

Also, if you use any antivirus or antispyware programs (whether installed on your computer or online), make sure to set them to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right. This is the #1 cause for problems related with Watch Right not functioning properly, so I thought I'd mention it even though I don't see any antivirus/spyware listed in your system info.
