I think you must have missed Rocky's reply, just above your last post. He will post again in this thread as soon as he's heard back from our UK Rep, as we first need to determine whether there is indeed an issue with AOL UK or not.

how many days has it been since i asked about getting my money back for the two computers and not one reply iv even emailed watch right asking them and no reply makes me wonder why i bothered buying it now DOES THIS MEAN THATS IT NO REPLY AND NO MONEY BACK ?

but you must admit it has been 3 days now since rocky said that also look at the date i 1st posted that im's are not being logged and still we have not sorted it out

Our programmer has been alerted and is currently looking into it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience.

hi carol
it is now the 19th sept and still nothing from watch right about how to sort this out i have asked you and iv sent an email to bps asking for my money back but still have not been told how i can do this i am VERY VERY unhappy about this if i do not hear back from anyone there you leave me only to talk to my lawyer about it
i sent an email to bps telling them that my computer crashed and i had lost my reg number last week and still they have not got back to me about it and at the moment im on a free trial which is about to run out watch right is still not logging any im's on my pc or laptop i think i have waited to long now if i had got something from a shop i could of gone back to that shop if what i had got was not working and got my money back so why is it that once watch right have had my money and its not working i dont here from bps and no one is telling me how i get my money back as iv paid for it twice once on my pc and again on my laptop PLEASE PLEASE JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

In the same way, computer shops do not offer refunds for open software (when the box has been opened.) It does take time to determine there may be a problem due to changes in the AOL software, to test and duplicate those problems, and then to actually code the necessary changes into a program. Our programmer has been alerted a few days ago, and is currently looking into this. We should have a new version of Watch Right available shortly.

and like i said carol my computer crashed and i had to download watch right again and iv lost my reg number and iv emailed bps about this asking if they can send me another reg number that was 5 days ago and still nothing from them

Also, make sure that your email service is not blocking mail from ipgsupport@aol.com, and check your junk mail just in case. Note that it can take up to 5 business days for IPG Sales to reply. So, if you emailed them on Friday, it's only been 2-3 business days so far. If you haven't received a reply after 5 business days, please let me know.

im on day 9 of my evaluration period on my pc iv got one day left on it and still not heard from them
today on my laptop it logged one im so that mite be ok now but not sure will let you know about it
but still not logging im's on my pc

Could you please send a copy of the email you sent to IPG to my email address, at BPSCoCTec@aol.com. I'll see what I can do to speed things up.
The new version of Watch Right will be available very soon, and should take care of the IM logging problem you've been experiencing.

Fred, we are internally testing a new Watch Right, it should be available soon.
Are your IMs from AOL or AIM that aren't being logged?

yes aol is the only one used to send and recev all im's i have used it today myself 5 times and not one log from any of them
