hello i wonder if you can help me watch right has stopped logging im's since the 24th / 8 / 06 please can you help.

I see in your system information that you're using AOL Safety & Security and McAfee Antivirus, both of which mistakingly identify Watch Right as spyware. You need to set AOL Safety & Security and McAfee (as well as any other antivirus and antispyware programs installed on your system) to always allow or ignore Watch Right. Once this is done, reinstall Watch Right.

hi again
my pc has crashed but now my laptop is doing the same it is not logging any im's it log's everything else and yes before you say it iv have checked my mcafee and aol and watch right is allowed on both just like it was on my pc please please help me

Fred,
GOOD LUCK. I am in the aim triton posting. We just have regular AIM but it does not log that either. I will keep checking to see if you have any better luck than I am having.

well it looks like watch right has took my money twice now and dont seem to care that the im's are not being log on my pc or my laptop iv done everything they said iv deleted it 5 times now and still not working

Fred,
Could you please check which exact version/revision of AIM Triton your are currently using? Open the AIM "File" menu, then "Help", and then select "About AIM".

Since you are using AOL 9.0 UK I am going to get in touch with our UK Rep. I know AOL 9.0 UK made some changes to the Instant Messaging window and I want to know if this could be causing the logging issues with Watch Right.
I will post a reply as soon as I hear from our UK Rep.

hi again iv got my pc back and working iv got watch right up and working again but still not logging any im's logs everything else ok and its still the same with my laptop. up untill the 24th aug it was logging everything ok even the im's so what went wrong ?? anyway as iv paid for watch right on my pc and laptop and its not doing its job and it looks like it never will how do i get my money back |
