Hello, I have been using this software for a few months with no problem. Now that my daughter started using AIM I am not getting her messages logged. What should I do. I was going uninstall the software and reinstall it again. But I haven't figured out how to remove the software. I have it set to monitor all. Please help. Thank You Donna

This particular piece of Spyware is probably the culprit. Go to your Windows Control Panel. Double click on: Add/Remove Programs. Locate: MyWebSearch in the list and double-click on it to start the uninstall process. I'd also recommend downloading and using Ad-Aware to scan your system for other known Spyware modules. You can obtain a link for this free program from our article here: Protecting Yourself Against Spyware.

On a side note, you can disable these programs from loading with Windows. This will increase your systems performance and reboot time: Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs: - Click on START
- Click on RUN
- Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
- Click over to the Startup tab
- Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:
SunJavaUpdateSched ATIPTA RealTray ISUSPM Startup ISUSScheduler MMTray MimBoot iTunesHelper QuickTime Task KernelFaultCheck Event Reminder
- When finished, hit Apply > OK. Restart your computer.
