Please explain the exact problem you are having, such as IM from what program, is this AOL or AIM, is it logging everything else? Please give us as much info as you can, thank you, and also do the following to obtain your system info:

1. Click the Windows "Start" button.

2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.

3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.

4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.

5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)

6. Click the "New Thread" button in this board (or "Reply" button in your thread if you already have one open for your problem), right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.

7. Click the "Post Message" button.
