Watch Right isn't logging all of the screen names on my computer. It will log 2 out of 3 users and the one I want the most isn't being tracked. Help!

Please post your system information following these steps:
1. Click the Windows "Start" button.
2. Click your mouse on "All Programs" to get a list of all installed programs on your system.
3. Click your mouse on the "BPS SoftWare" program group.
4. Click on "BPS System Info" and wait for the window to load completely.
5. Once fully loaded, click the "Copy to Clipboard" button on the "BPS System Info" window (nothing will happen visibly -- please do not copy anything else to the Windows Clipboard until finished.)
6. Click the "Reply" button in this thread, right click in the message body, and then select "Paste" from the menu. This will paste your complete system info in your post.
7. Click the "Post Message" button.

Next time, please start a separate thread (by clicking the "New Thread" button) for your own question. Posting a question in somebody else's thread makes things confusing for the original poster, the BPS staff, and yourself. Thanks.
In regards to your problem:
Several system files necessary for Watch Right to run properly are missing from your installation. These are mistakingly being deleted or blocked by miscellaneous antivirus and antispyware programs (I see in your system information that you use McAfee Antivirus and AOL Safety & Security -- both of which misidentify Watch Right as spyware.) You will need to set all such scanning programs to allow or ignore Watch Right, and then reinstall Watch Right.
Also, Your system information indicates that you have My Web Search installed on your computer. This is a known spyware program which has caused problems with our software before. Please go to the Windows Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > and double-click on the entry named: Smiley Central or MyWebSearch to uninstall this program.
