Watchright not working

I have the most recent version of WR. I also have Norton Anti-virus. The Watchright hasn't worked in about a month. Will someone please tell me what my problem is?? Thanks.

I've made some progess. Read another posting...RE-downloaded the newest WR version, checked the exclusions in my NOrton(it was already there) and rebooted the computer. Now there are at least SOME monitored conversations, but they are all from 7/5-7/12. Does that make sense to you?

Also, when my kids log off, a box pops up momentarily that says, "The application failed to initialize because the Windows station is shutting down." What's up with that?"

Have you actually reinstalled Watch Right after setting Norton to allow it to run? Simply re-downloading Watch Right is not enough -- you need to reinstall it by double-clicking on the installation file you downloaded.

Once downloaded, locate the file on your hard disk and double-click it to start the installation.
