I've been having a problem with Watch Right for over a month now. It doesn't monitor anything. I finally "reset" Watch Right, then went in and put in a new password, etc. It STILL isn't working, so I'm listing the BPS Sys Info log below. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP because I'm missing really important things !!!!!!

Several system files necessary for Watch Right to run properly are missing from your installation. These are mistakingly being deleted or blocked by miscellaneous antivirus and antispyware programs (I see in your system information that you use several antispyware and antivirus programs.) You will need to set all such scanning programs to allow or ignore Watch Right, and then reinstall Watch Right.

Also, you are using an outdated version of Watch Right. The latest version is 2002.0.77, which you can download from our web site.

Check the options of all antivirus and antispyware programs installed on your system and make sure they are all set to allow or ignore Watch Right.

We can't give you detailed directions on how to do this, as we don't necessarily own those programs and can only offer support for our own software. If you're unsure how to proceed, check the manuals or Help files for the antivirus and antispyware programs on your system.

To rectify the problem of missing system files, simply reinstal Watch Right. To reinstall it, just double-click on the installation file and let the program install over the existing WR installation (if you no longer have the installation file, you can download it again from our web site at http://www.bpssoft.com). If you did indeed set your antivirus and antispyware programs to allow Watch Right to run, there shouldn't be any further problem.

When installing a new version or copy of Watch Right over your current installation, all previous settings (including your registration number) remain unchanged. Even if you were to first uninstall your current version and then install a new one, you could still use the same registration number, as long as the program is installed on the computer it was originally purchased from.

I downloaded the program again, went in and enabled the program to run, entered the screen names, and nothing it still being tracked. Below is a new Sys Info. report. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS !!!

I see that you are using AOL Safety & Security. This program mistakingly identifies Watch Right as spyware and deletes some of its necessary components. You will need to set AOL Safety & Security to always allow Watch Right to run, and either restore the missing components from AOL's Safety & Security quarantine, or reinstall Watch Right.

I did go into AOL Safety & Security to allow Watch Right to run. I then reinstalled Watch Right, went into the program and made sure it was enabled to run. I have one question though: when I was downloading the latest version of Watch Right, it comes up and asks you whether you want to run it or save it. What is the correct option to pick when you are downloading a program?
