I have been using Watch Right for over a year, recently my daughter started using AIM Triton. Only one person she chats with is being logged and I know she is chatting with numerous people. Please advise.BPS SysInfo Report

I noticed a couple of things from your System Information Report. 1. You're using Windows Defender, Microsoft has in the past used it's software (Microsoft Anti Spyware did this) to limit or control how much Watch Right monitors. Within Windows Defender search for the option to completely ignore Watch Right on your computer. 2. You are missing a Watch Right required runtime file, reinstalling WR will correct this issue. On a side note, I'd disable some of the unnecessary programs from loading with Windows -- most of these aren't needed and only take up valuable system performance. Disable Unnecessary Startup Programs: - Click on START
- Click on RUN
- Type in MSCONFiG and hit Enter
- Click over to the Startup tab
- Remove the checkmarks next to the following items:
IgfxTray Windows Picture Msngr iTunesHelper QuickTime Task SunJavaUpdateSched HostManager Windows Defender (Optional, if you've completed step 1) LimeWire On Startup
- When finished, hit Apply > OK. Restart your computer.

To reinstall WR do I uninstall the current and download the program again to reinstall or do I just download the program again without uninstalling it.
If I uninstall the program am I going to have a problem reinstalling the program as far as the registration and serial numbers?
I did "allow" the WR program with the Microsoft Anti-spyware and it is showing on my computer that it is "allowed". Should I uninstall Microsoft Anti-spyware?

I removed WR and download again, removed the Microsoft Defender and removed everything from the start up with the exception of Windows Picure Msngr and Host Manager because I could not find them, please be more specifie on the last two because I would like to remove them. Attached is the new WR, how does it look now?BPS SysInfo Report

There haven't been any issues with WatchRight not logging Triton so I'd imagine it is an issue specific to your system. Please download and install Ad-Aware by Lavasoft and allow it to scan your hard drive for known Spyware files. It is free and can be obtainined here. After you run the scan, please post another System Information Report.

Sorry, for some reason this thread wasn't marked as new when you posted your reply for me.
Can you reset WatchRight? You will lose any saved logs, so make certain you have a print out of everything you need.
Launch WatchRight Click on Options > Reset WatchRight. This will prompt you to create a new password and like I said, it will delete ALL saved logs.

Still not working, I want to make sure this is not overlooked again, I sent a new clipboard. You have AOL Safety and Security installed, follow these steps to make certain WatchRight isn't being blocked in any way: 1. Open AOL Safety and Security 2. Click on the arrow next to "Spyware Protection" This should display links titled: Allowed Items / Blocked Items 3. Click on "Blocked Items" 4. Locate "WatchRight" in this list, click on the scan date and click on "Restore". -- The next time you run a scan make certain you place "WatchRight" on the Allow button, then select Apply. To confirm this selection, click on the "Allowed Items" link -- WatchRight should be listed.

I do not know anything about AOL Safety and Security. We do not use AOL. I am pretty good when it comes to computers. Where would AOL Safety and Security be on the computer? We only have the AIM Instant Messenger and Triton.

I am sending this again because I have not heard back in a couple of days. My computer does not have AOL Safety and Security installed. Watch Right is not logging any AIM Triton IM's. I really do not think that the Watch Right program is capable of logging this new AOL product. What are your thoughts.....

Watch Right is not logging any AIM Triton IM's. I really do not think that the Watch Right program is capable of logging this new AOL product. What are your thoughts..... Watch Right is fully compatible with AIM Triton. The problem is due to the fact some necessary WR system files have been deleted from your system by another program on your computer (probably an antivirus or antispyware program.) What needs to be done is find and set the culprit program to allow or ignore Watch Right, so that it no longer deletes WR's files when detected and, when this is done, reinstall Watch Right to get the missing system files back.
