I have reset my computer and so therefore, have lost Watch Right. After numerous emails back and forth with IGP Support (which has been going on for about three weeks now), I have still not resolved the problem. They had finally asked me to download the test copy of Watch Right and tell them the serial number and they would issue a new registration number. That was on February 2, 2006 and still no response yet. I am very upset as to how this is being handled. I even called the phone number for them but no one has returned my call. Can you shed some light on what or who to contact next. I refuse to buy another copy of Watch Right as I already paid for one. I have told many other parents about Watch Right and they have labeled it a valuable tool in controlling the internet environment with their kids, however, I am very hesitant to offer this anymore because I am getting nowhere with their customer service.

I apologize for what you are going through, can you please send me all your info and the letter that IPG had sent to you and the one you sent back to them to my mail and I will see what I can do to get your registration number for you. Please send that info to BPSTBear@aol.com, in the subject area please put WR, so that I know it is coming from someone I am helping LOL. BPS TBear
