I haven't looked in the BPS folder in a while and just went to check it and it is empty. I think my husband may have inadvertently deleted it. If I have my registration info, can I reinstall at no charge? Or...what do I do? Don't want to have to pay again!

WatchRight by default installs to this location: C:\Program Files\WatchRight, is this folder empty as well? Once you register WatchRight it is "tied" to the computer it was originaly registered to. You are more than welcome to download and install again and use the same registration number you used (if you're using the same computer the same number should work) without the need to repurchase the software. You can download WatchRight from here. Let me know if you have any issues with registration or getting WatchRight to log. |
