My son originally had AIM and I uninstalled it because he was on to much and finals are coming up. He installed by himselft Aim Triton last night and when I went on Watchright this morning to check there was nothing. Why am I not being able to read his messages?

If you are using AIM Triton, you need to upgrade to the latest version of Watch Right, which is 2002.0.77. You can download the latest version of Watch Right from our web site. Simply install the new version over your current version to upgrade. |

i HAVE THE NEWEST VERSION. AND ITS STILL NOT WORKING

Please post the BPS System Information Report to these boards.
Here are the necessary directions:
1. Click on START > Point to Programs > BPS Software > Select "BPS System Info".
2. Once the utility loads and the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.
3. In your reply message board post, simply right-click > Select "Paste".
