Watch Right doesn't log anything

I have the current version of WR and AIM 5.9.3861. I ran Ad-Aware and Spybot as suggested in other posts. I selected all the relevant AIM addresses for logging, but nothing logs. Here is the system info report. I have McAfee Security Center, but I understand that the new version of WR isn't affected by this. Ideas?

This particular program is Spyware and has been known to cause various issues with our software. Ad-Aware should have found this file and removed it. You might want to launch Ad-Aware and click on the "Check for Updates" link to make certain you're using the latest Spyware Signature Files.

You can uninstall MyWebSearch too.
Click on START > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Double click on MyWebSearch to start the uninstallation process.

I'd stil highly recommend that you update Ad-Aware and allow it to scan your entire hard drive.

Thanks, Rocky. Uninstalling MyWebSearch did the trick. Not sure why Ad-Aware didn't pick it up, because I have the current update (12/28/05). But I'll run it again.

I spoke too soon. WR will log my own activity when I test AIM myself, but it is not logging IMs or chat by other users. The other users' screen names are listed in the WR access panel and monitoring services are enabled. The other user signs on to a different Windows XP user account but I know that shouldn't make a difference. System info is below. Can you help?

We will need more information in order to help you. Please follow the steps in this thread to post your detailed system information in a new thread.

Also, there is no "subscription" for Watch Right. Once you purchase it, it is yours to keep and use without any time limitations.

I have no idea what to do with this. I had WR installed on my main computer, but we recently bought my dtr a computer. I re-registered and received a new #. I have downloaded and installed WR into my dtrs computer, but it will not log anything. I have tried over and over again and this is becoming very frustrating.

Your logging issue is due to the fact that you're using AIM Triton which isn't compatible with your current build of WatchRight.
Update WatchRight and that should solve your problem.

You will need to post the BPS System Information Report so we can check out the details about your system.

When you do this, please start your own thread so it's easier for you to follow -- and doesn't enterfere with another user trying to get support.
Also, please indicate if WatchRight is logging anything (AOL, AIM, Internet Explorer, etc..).

Here are the necessary directions:

Click on START, point to (All) Programs > BPS Software > BPS System Info.
Once the fields fill with text, click on the "Copy to Clipboard" button.

Start a new thread by clicking here.
In this reply post, type out a subject, and in the body of the post, simply right-click > select "Paste".

Your new thread will be visible in the "WatchRight" folder.
