I have my registration #, but it keeps making me input it everytime I log on. Could it be that my AOL account was closed and I had to create a new name? If so is there a way to fix this so I don't have to keep putting my # in?

As you can see, this was posted on Dec 11, and it's now Feb 13. it's been over 2 months and I've seen you say it takes 10-14 days. I know that u r busy and u r the only 1 who does this and all that. But as I have been VERY patient I am askin again for u to help me out. My old name was Tams3077, new is SweetNTaart and my Reg # was 199987930.

I'm trying to sign up online and when I do go to HELP and imediate online registration it sends me to a page where everything in written in either japanese or chinese... can you give me the correct link. I'm in the USA

These boards aren't "patrolled" frequently for posts as it was meant to be a user helping user forum. Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve registration requests without my help and I've been incredibly busy with my real life situations lately. I just sent the creator of PowerTools and email requesting a replacement registration number for you. |
