LOST reg HELP!

For one who in the dumbfounded hell are you? Two. I'm giving one name, for one account. Doctor Xaea Tae, and Doctor Xaea Tae, was both my name's a long time ago and asked rocky to check to see if that was the name I registered with. If the name's are still active, then it's AOL's problem not mine, and if they are still active, they are not being used and that is that.

You can check the activity of the name(s), and see they haven't been used in quite sometime. (If your not some juvenile) As for the name's. Rocky stated he couldn't get my registration number from Doctor Xaea Tae, so I told gim to Try Doctor Taea Xae, where in that statement does it say, I want mulitple registration numbers? Do you read english, or are you just as slow as your comments?

As for Captain Kaelia, IT'S THE NAME I'm using now. It's as simple as that. The other two names were mine, but were being used as reference, and not to obtain individual reg#, for each. That was plain english, let's try to not be so judge"mental". Got me?

I want my powertools 11x registration number for Captain Kaelia, I gave Rocky my old powertools 10x registration number, in hopes he would find my 11x. WHICH I DID UPGRADE TOO and still have the billing statement. I just wasnt sure if I was registered under Doctor Xaea Tae, or Doctor Taea Xae..... See how simular the name's are. Now tell me, why would the name's look alike, if they were my friend's? Pretty stupid assumption if you ask me.

I want my powertools 11x for Captain Kaelia.. Plain and simple. Browse up to see my old reg#.

But what i need to know and you are all prob laughing at me is how do i go about getting a new reg code and entering it i tried doing my old code a cople of times but it does nothing and if i push register now it tellls me site not there and kicks me to here i just want to reg my power tools ty

Please start your own thread instead of hijacking another users. They shouldn't need to search completely unrelated information.

Start your new post within PowerTools for AOL > Other PowerTools Features > Click on the "New Thread" button (or just click that link) on the right-hand side, list a description of the problem and include this information:

1. Master Screen Name (this is the first name listed at Keyword: NAMES)

2. The registration number you're currently trying to use.

3. Which program you're trying to register (PowerTools 10, 11, or 12).

I've had both names checked:

CaptainKaelia (this is a replacement for OLD Master SN: Doctor Xaea Tae) - couldn't verify this one.

Doctor Taea Xae - no record found

Neither name return any purchases.

Ok I don't see how that is. But, when you checked, did you get my previous registration number, for my powertools 10? It's on the page before this. Also, when I registered, I registered when powertools 11 was just being released, giving me powertools 11, for free. There wasn't any other name I used. If you stillc an't find anything, how can I purchase a new reg number, or atleast get powertools 12x, thank you!

I finally received a reply to my email. Unfortunately, the two screen names you've supplied aren't in the database.

Unless you can supply me with another name, I don't think it is possible to look up your registration code.
