Registration numbers will no longer be available for lookup.
I will no longer have the ability to obtain registration numbers for users who have lost their information or for users that wish to switch AOL accounts.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but this wasn't my decision. I never personally had access to this information, even as a tech for BPS Software.
I highly recommend that you follow this article to Back Up PowerTools data. The backup process outlined will also backup your registration information.
